Host Requirements
Host a Black Clarksville Networking Mixer! Hosting one of our networking mixers is an amazing way to support the community while showcasing your organization, products, and/or services to an engaged audience.
As a host, your business/organization will receive:
➢ Opportunity to host a captivated audience of around business professionals as guests at your place of business, or a separate location, while showcasing what makes your business amazing!
➢ Invitation printed in Black Clarksville’s newsletter of over 850 users
➢ Host mention on all social media and digital advertising to include radio commercials!
Available Dates 2025
January, February, March, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December
Hosting Criteria
□ Adequate room for 50-75 people
□ The building must meet all requirements of occupancy for fire codes.
□ No cover charge at the door allowed.
□ Complimentary hors d’oeuvres must include at least 2 different hot offerings and at least 2 different cold offerings.
□ Host must provide all eating utensils, napkins, plates, ice, clean-up…
□ Complimentary beverages must include soft drinks and water.
□ Host must provide a minimum of 2 giveaways, related to their business.
□ Host must set up a registration table near the entrance with 1 chair for Black Clarksville team member.
□ Host must provide table and access to electricity for Black Clarksville media partner/ DJ
