Event Description: The TN-KY Line Chapter Members Established the Founder's Education Award in 2016 in Recognition of
MSG (ret) Trooper Frank Robinson. Trooper Robinson espoused great family values and wisdom. The
Award comprises a One Time Scholarship for $1000: Trooper Robinson's acknowledged a) Educational
Achievements) and being a Positive Role Model that promote Family Reunion and Wellness.; b) Power of
Forgiving as a positive step forward. C) The need for a sense of Community. d) Trooper Robinson believed
"we are better together than we are apart, and Education is key to achievement.". _The Awards are
Specifically open to One (1) JROTC Student and One (1) Non-JROTC Student with a Minimum GPA of 3.2.
on a 4.0 grading scale within the identified Tennessee and Kentucky School Systems. The Awards are
meant to assist producing Military Leaders Enlisted and Officers Corps as well as promoting good
American values for Life: Liberty and the pursuit of happiness as American Citizens.
